Freeware convovertor from .wma to .mp3

Hi all,

Does anybody know of a freeware convertor which will convert from .wma
(Windows Media Audio) to .mp3 (MP3). I have searched google but all the
hits seemed to be payware/shareware.

You'd get more replies if you had the newsgroup in the "reply to newsgroup"
