Freeware..as heard on the Kim Komando show ArtRage

ArtRage..has anyone tried it?

The ArtRage setup program uses the Windows Installer. If you double
click the .msi file and the installer does not work, you may need to
upgrade your Windows Installer to the latest version.
I don't much care for .msi format, but if it is a neat program I might
try it.

Ah yes! The "Digital Goddess"!

Nice program. It really has some unique features and a cool GUI. I notice
it's portable too. Although I would like to see a few more tools, I think
it's a keeper!
