freeware alternative for AppRocket?

Does anybody know of a good fully freeware alternative for AppRocket
(http://www.candylabs.com/) for Windows.

It looks very much like QuickSilver for the Macintosh.

It's cross between an desktop indexing/search program and an
application/document launcher.
