Do you have the vaguest idea how complicated tax law can be?

I've dealt with it in three countries, each completely different from
the ground up.

Add some more functionality to your babbler software, there's a good twit.

I used this one for last year's return. Its called
Taxman2003(this year's version) and is appropriate for all
provinces except Quebec. Expected to be available next month
and doesn't need Excel.
