I am using a 3rd party tool that seems to be holding onto memory when I
create/dispose a certain object.

Is there a tool that will tell me what object instances were created and
then not made available for disposal to the GC?

No, the closest you'll get is GC info:

When you say "3rd party tool" do you mean "3rd party dll"? Your only choice
is to hope that it will work on the desktop and then you can port your app
to the desktop and use one of the many tools available for desktop code.
