Free VoiceIP program like Skype ?

Anyone know of any other Free VoiceIP programs like Skype?

Skype works great, but it's only for Win XP users, I'm after one that will
run on all Win versions, even Win95 if possible.

And one that isn't just voice, but has IM like Skype too, for people without
a microphone.

All have voicing plus other IM facilities.

skype runs perfectly on windows 2000.... using it myself.

I've got Skype running on Windows 2000.
