Free 'Swat-it', is it safe & useful?

On a spyware website, the free version of Swat-it was recommended
however i have not seen it reviewed in this (or any other) newsgroup.
So far, the only negative aspect i found is: you must register an email
address with the website owner to get a personalized download site url
(which is only good for 24 hours).

Any of you, regulars, ever had any experience with it?
Would you post your opinions please.

I will also risk a cross-post in the spyware ng for their opinions, too.

BTW - i'm a little concerned about getting my CPU bogged-down cause my
'puter system is somewhat out-dated & kind'a slow. I use Win98se OS,
IE-6.0, running a 450 hertz Pent-III CPU- 256 Ram

Swat-It is safe. However, it's slow, not comprehensive, and eaten up with
nags.
