free slide show

I want to put photos on a CD and mail them to my relatives overseas.
However, just to make it easier for them to view them I would like to have
them in a preconfigured slide show program which will run (AUTORUN) the
photos on the CD when they insert the CD. I already have a commercial
slideshow program but you still have to open the program and then browse for
pictures to run. The Autorun part is easy but how do you automatically load
the pics?

Try my freeware Babya Presenter software (its viewer automatically loads
the pictures) :

IrfanView will do this. http://www.irfanview.com/

You can do this with freeware MyAlbum. Explanation is in the Help menu.

If your relatives has a DVD player that support SVCD and VCD discs,
then you can make a SVCD or a VCD disc based slideshow.
