Who can tell me a free (!) mailbox-offer in New Zealand or Australia?

I want to use a mailprogram for it like "Foxmail", "Pegasus" or
"Outlook Express".

I'm using Fastmail IMAP and free POP & SMTP is available at Yahoo.

I use hotmail which works with OE and has a web interface for IE.

Sometime after the beginning of the year, Hotmail will no longer be
available through Outlook Express for free...
