Hi I`m having sort of an ordeal trying to get my free copy of Windows Vista
Premium. I purchased a brand new Compaq CPU that on the box says, "Windows
Vista Premium Compatible". Now before we purchased this CPU the vendor said
we would be able to get a free copy of Windows Vista in the mail, we would
only pay shipping and handling. Well we opened the box and everything but I
didn't see anything concerning Windows Vista. How do I get a hold of this CD?
Is there a special site to go to? Do I need anything? Please any help would
be great. I don't know if the vendor was actually lying to us or not. Because
that would just be wrong. Thanks.

When you went online to the HP/Compaq website, it took you to a link to sign
up automatically for the upgrade program.
