No it's not a joke..... you will be able to download music and albums legally to your hearts content...
It is backed by Universal which is BIG in the music and film industry as you all know, they are going to pay for it by music and film advertising on the site...
Should be fantastic and i can't wait for them to get it up and running in december, should mean the end of illegal music downloading on peer to peer networks, which can only be a good thing as many viruses and trojans are spread this way..
