We have just released the beta version of a new floor design plan
software and would like your feedback.

MavericksPlan ( Beta 1) is now available for download at:

The product is very easy to use, and the website also includes a demo

Is the free download just "testware" or is this going to be a freeware
product?

Hello,
At the moment MavericksPlan (Beta 1) is "Betaware" software.
We are now working on MavericksPlan (Beta 2), also Betaware, that will
be available April 2006 and we look forward to user's feedback to
build the product.
We don't know yet if MavericksPlan will be Freeware, but we are
considering the possibility.
We appreciate your questions.

the following:

"The term of this agreement is until March 31, 2006 or commercial
release of the software, whichever is first. Upon termination of this
agreement, you must cease use of the software."

So your offer is actually a request to use members of this group to be
beta testers for your program, which it appears that you intend never to
be released as freeware.

If this is the case, you are off topic since this group is for the
discussion of freeware, not time-limited betaware.

I don't reply to trolls and other such idiots. No adware, cdware,
commercial software, crippleware, demoware, nagware, PROmotionware,
shareware, spyware, time-limited software, trialware, viruses or warez
please.
 
Zeddie, or anyone else who might need a similar software for floor plan drawing, try FloorPAD. :) It's easy to use and offers both 2D and 3D view of your plans.
