I dont think this has been posted before, sorry if it has.......

This guys is selling his house and throwing in his Ferrari 355 for free!

The area around the house is under development, and no one wants to buy the place. Even though the work is due to be finished in about six months.

Its a bit 'old news' but its still up for sale. He was on Fith Gear this week so i guess its still not sold.

Did see something about this in a car mag last month, but what a great way to sell a house!

Exmoor offered a DB for sale with his last house! Sadly buyers got a bit peeded of when they realised it was a David Brown tractor. But they did used to make the cars, hence the DB in the name.

Offering a "Free" Ferrari 355 should get the punters to buy the house quickly, normally you get the cooker or carpets thrown in, but a Ferrari well thats something special!

Sadly what murdoch says is true, but it did get plenty of punters through the door and i did sell it quickly, no takers for the tractor though.

Strange way of getting people to buy your house by offering a free Ferrari 355. Has anyone bought it yet? Of course you could buy the house and then sell the car, how much would you get for it??
