Hi,

I am looking for a freeware to use with outllook express to fax messages,
not to receive fax.

Do you have a fax modem? Some kind of software (like WinFax Lite)
should have come with it. You install it and then "print to fax" from
any application.

If you are using XP then Fax software is present, but may not have been
installed from the XP CD.
