What is a good free email program that can be setup to use multiple POP3
e-mail accounts and where can I find them?

The one you're using right now is capable of doing what you want.

Thunderbird can handle this. Outlook Express too, but do yourself a
favor and try Thunderbird :-)

I've been using Ultrafunk Popcorn 1.48 for a week and I'm getting
pretty enthusiastic about it. It can handle unlimited POP3 accounts;
it sends and receives in plain text, so it is immune to viruses; and
it is small, light and very fast. Of course, for sending or recieving
attachments you need to use something else.
