Could anyonerecommend any freeware email and newsgroup servers for Windows?

Hermes is a pretty good email server. I haven't found a decent freeware
news server though I'm sure there must be one someplace.

As far as I know the email server is still free, but they've moved their
downloads to Yahoo.
