Yes, us TechBeta testers get a free copy of Vista. This news came out
Friday.

Yes, this refers to people on the technical beta program, e.g. not people on
the CPP program or who used technet or msdn builds or whatever.

Who do we have to have reported bugs to? I always posted them on the technet
discussion group.

1. It only applies to official beta testers.
2. You have to have used the Bug Reporting Tool.
