Hello,

We have exchange 5.5. and been using exchange code auto-accept script for
auto accept in conference room.. lately we notice that FREE/BUSY is not
showing up when a user try to create a new appoitment . If Free/Busy shows
that the calendar is free for ac ertain time, it is not the case when
viewing the calendar directly.. Thus bring a question where free busy gets
it info? We set free/busy replication across site and within org..
replication seem fine. but does not seem likely to be the issue cuz within
site, we cannot even view certain Free/Busy schedule for certain user...
Anyone have a clue?

Thank

Try opening the Resource mailbox in Outlook using
the ".../CleanFreeBusy" switch. The link(s) below
(depending upon your Outlook version) will give
you the instructions on how to use it.

/CleanFreeBusy Cleans and regenerates free/busy information.

Be careful when you open the resource because the free/busy
amount of time that is published is set by the Outlook client settings.
By default Outlook is set to publish 2 months of free/busy every
15 minutes to the server.

When I open a resource account I make sure that the free/busy is
set to publish 12 months and update the information every 1 minute
before I log back out.

TOOLS | OPTIONS | CALENDAR OPTIONS...
Click the "FREE/BUSY OPTIONS..." button.
