My office recently started using Outlook. The problem we
are experiencing is in the Calendar. When you try to view
someone's free/busy time starting with Nov. 1, 2004,
everyone's information cames up as "No Information" for
the entire day. It is like this from Nov 1 forward.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

Thanks!

Free busy information is by default only published 2 months in advance.
Change the setting! Here are the steps to the button you'll need: Tools,
Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options.

You need to massage the default free/busy time from 2 months to your
preferred period - 12 months is the most.
Tools->Options->Calendar->Free/Busy.
