Win2000 (server and client), Exchange 2000, clients using a mix of
Outlook 98/2000/2003, but mostly 2000.

Every few months the majority of our user calendar's free/busy
information is being changed back to 2 months after it had been set to
12 months. We can not figure out why this is happening. Today it was
noticed again, that we can not view free/busy info for 80% of our users
past May 1st.

While we can fix the issue for now, we need to figure out how to keep it
from happnening again. Can anyone give us some advice?

Thank you.

We have the same problem. We run Exchange 5.5 with clients
on Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000. I have followed the
instructions in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;288690 (installing Outlook 2000 on both machines)
This doesn't work, both people are now on Outlook 2000 and
the delegate still cannot see the free/busy time of the
other person.

I need some help too!!

Our problem is different in that it doesn't matter which client (Outlook
98/2000 or 2003) is viewing the info, it isn't there.

I did read one MS article saying it could be caused by multiple profiles
but I could not replicate it.
