I'd like to change the publish date of my user's free/busy schedule within
Outlook 2000. I know how to do it within the application, but I'd like to
know if there are file or registry changes that I can make to script the
change to happen behind the scenes. Specifically, I'm looking to change all
users from 2 months to 3 months. However, I'm having little luck finding a
file or registry entry with the pertinent information.

Thanks for any assistance.

Did you look in the ORK? look for it at Microsoft.com/office

Diane,

What would I be looking for in the ORK? Are you suggesting making a new
profile or outlook.prf file? I've done that in some of my TS environments,
but for my workstations, I'd prefer not to force a profile change, I just
want to adjust the single value behind the scenes, if possible. I can always
instruct users to manually change the published Free/busy period from 2
months to 3, but I'd like to do it via login script, if there is a way.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
