I need to be able to view many peoples free/busy time when schedulin
an event. To do this, I have set up many public calendars under on

When I schedule a meeting in the main calendar, I need to be able t
add these attendees and see their f/b times. Since they are jus
calendars though and not email accounts I need some help. If I "Vie
group schedules", it offers me the option of "Add public folders
under the "Add Others" and I can see the f/b times fine. When doin
this from the schedule a meeting screen though, the "Add publi
folders" option is greyed out and not available. How can I add
public folder in the schedule a meeting screen, as it wouldn't b
efficient to "View group schedules" every time since there are man
different combinations of people. Sorry for the length, I just wante

You've already found the answer: If you want to see public folder free/busy time, you need to view it through a group schedule.

Thanks, but viewing it through a group schedule wouldn't be efficien
since sometimes I may need to view one, sometimes many, and rarel
the same ones together every time. If I listed them all in the grou
schedule then it would be too congested. If I assign an email acoun
to them, then can I view those personal calendars in my favorites o
in the directory map? I have only been able to do this if it is
public folder and not an email account
