Has anyone had any USE history using the free BitDefender-7.0 AV with
Win 98 OS?
I have not found any online reviews comparing it to others.

For Win98 OS.... what is the best free AV package that does not bog-down
the cpu?

Advise & comparisons would be helpful!

You can check out the independent comparative reviews at Virus
Bulletin. I think you will find that pretty much all of the free AV
products lack in detection and performance in general. YOu might
consider shelling out the modest fee for a commercial product.

Bitdefender 7.0 is not reviewed or compared at virusbtn.com

Has no one any experience with this Free AV program?
is it a NEW AV product?
i mean i can't seem to find out much about it...period!
hence forth the av ng inquiry!

BTW- I've use Avast, AVG, & AntiVir before.
they all seem good however i read that all of them provided poor
protection when used on the Win98 OS.
This is why i was wondering about BD_7.0.
Also, this is a better link than the one i gave, last time.
