Free Anti Virus Software

You have all been telling me for ages to get rid of Norton, well by subscription just expired!

Now, what antivirus software shall I get? Preferably the free stuff! If that still exsists!

Avast> AVG> ANTIVER Take you pick they are all good IMHO.

itsme said it... there's basically three to choose from:

Antivir; Avast & AVG

I use Antivir, others swear by Avast, AVG seems least effective but still good.

Remember -you can only use one. You cannot run more than one, it will cause clashes.

Good luck uninstalling all traces of the Symantec Corporate machine.

Lol I heard you need to do it over the internet and stuff - anything you should point out before I do so?

Ah and thanks for the opinions, il probably go for Antivir or Avast

You can download 360TotalSecurity for free, It's a combination of 3 antiviruses (360, Bitdiffender and Avira), with many tools, like registery cleaner, junk files remover, firewall, etc...
