Freaquent Crashes

When ever I play a game or surf the internet, my computer crashes. When i
turn it on, it says it has just recoverd from a serious error related to
hardware failure. How do i fix this problem?

Take your machine to a reputable computer shop and have the faulty hardware
fixed or replaced.

If you have a spare and better power supply swap them and see if the problem
stops.
 
It is more than likely a memory fault, download a utility like mem86 and run
the memory checking program for a few hours.
