Hi,

My PC host a new "clickware" : france.exe. At this time,
non of adware, spybot or microsoft antispywate detect it
and remove it.

Is there somebody who know a tool to remove it?
How can I send its reference to microsoft to add its
signature to their database?

Send the info about infection to the SpyNet (run MS AntiSpyware, go to the
Tools-> Suspected Spyware Report, fill all necessary information, create the
report and submit it).

Start the computer in safe mode, than start the MS AntiSpyware application,
go to Scan options, select Run a full system scan and let it clean the
system.
Also try other "cleaning" software:

HijackThis http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
CWShredder http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3019.html
McAfee Stinger http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/
 
If you have a suspicious executable, one thing you can do with it is submit
it to the antivirus vendors, some of whom are now targetting spyware as
well:

http://www.virustotal.com
http://virusscan.jotti.org

On each of these pages there's a browse window in the upper right which will
allow you to submit a suspicious object and get back a reading in seconds
from multiple a/v vendors.
 
Dang!--I must have done half a dozen searches at Symantec this morning
looking for similar stuff and not getting any hits--so I got tired and
didn't look up this one.
