You can use any of the autoshapes as frames. Draw the shape on your slide,
right click it and select format. Click the drop down arrow for the fill
and select Fill Effects. Click the picture tab, then the select picture
button. navigate to your picture. OK your way back to the slide and the
autoshape will become a nice frame around the center of the picture.
