Framework redistributable for 1.0 SP2?

Is there a redistributable for the .NET framework that INCLUDES the
Framework SP2? Or does one have to install both the 1.0 Framework, then the
SP2 update (NDP10_SP_Q321884_En.exe)?

As far as I know, it's the latter.
