Hi to all!
Well, I just noticed the new Framework 2.0 Beta and its SDK. I downloaded
ans installed the framework redistributable and then downloaded its SDK for
WinXP. Well, although I've downloaded about 3 times, it fails decompression
on file netfxsd1.cab. I suspect it's not a Beta problem (because the archive
wouldn't be created problematic). So, I ask if there's another way to
download the right version of the SDK or if there's a problem with the SDK
archive.
But, even If I cannot get my hands on the SDK, I just want to know one
thing. I'm interested in the drawing capabilities of the new .NET Compact
Framework. If anyone has the SDK, please tell me if the .NETCF supports
drawing with gradient brushes (does it supports e.g. LinearGradientBrush?) or
with colors with alpha-intensities ("transparent" colors).
Finally: Any idea/guess to when the new Framework 2.0 will be released?
Thanks!
