I just got IE with my new dell, and when I open it, only
about 3/4 of the page shows. I don't know if it is frames
or if I need to change a setting. Any help would be great

Can you describe "3/4 of the page shows" more completely?
Is it a maximized an IE window that is partially off the screen?
Is it an IE window that has the right window 1/4 empty?

When I maximize the IE window, only 3/4 of the window
shows. The last 1/4 on the right hand side is blank
white, while the other 3/4 shows the site. I need it to
expand to fill the gap.

It's in the coding on the page. The author hard coded for an 800 pixel wide
display. I'm afraid you can't do anything about it.
