Frames

Would deeply appreciate if someone could visit my site fccnewyork.com,
follow the link on the right to steamship night highlights then the link to
shipping digest. Can anyone advise why I lose the table of contents frame on
the left after following the shipping digest link.

I do not lose any frames. However, the page is much too wide for my
800x600 browser (as used by at least 25% of internet users), and I get
bottom scrollbar with browser set at 1280x1024 - again page too wide for
most people.
