I have a website, with a basic border/contents and main frame design. I have
set the links in the contents column to open new pages within the main frame,
however, when I go to my website, thes links don't work and the page opens as
a whole page and I lose the border and contents frames. I have follwed the
instructions in the help manual, rest the hyperlinks, saved and published. it
worrls for a while and then about a day later, the frames are lost again.
what is the problem? or what am I doing wrong when setting up the links?
Help would be most gratefully received.

You don't want to set a new page as the target
- set the target to be the frame name of your content frame in your frameset
