Frames color problem

I have a main page in blue color for example,i create an inline frame and set
the initial page of the frame in the same blue color.When the site is
published and browse it to test it ,the inline frame starts white and then
turns into the blue color i had set it.
How can I avoid that ?

Are you setting the page background color of the page loading into the IFrame, other than that you
have no control, unless there is a CSS method of setting the IFrame background color.
