frame 'ripper' (AVI)

Hi all, does anyone know of a free prog that will allow me to play a .avi
file (small) frame by frame and allow me to rip which frame I want as..well
anything really but it will be in jpeg in the end so if it does it straight
to the, all the better.

tHANKS FOR THAT. i CAN ALSO NOW RECOMMEND IT AS JUST THE PIECE OF KIT i
WANTED, AND THE GUY WHO CREATED IT IS A NICE GUY TO, GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT
