Frame-by-frame viewing and slow motion viewing

After making a sports video, I would like the people that
I distribute the video to to be able to view it on a
frame-by-frame basis and also in slow motion. Is there
any way to do this with WMP? If so, how? If not, is
there a freeware app that users can download to do this?
 
you can play faster or slower in WMP, and step frame by frame

ask how in the WMP newsgroup or look up in help in WMP
 
Thanks. That seems to work only for DVDs. I have MPEG
video's that I am trying to do the same thing with. Is
there some way viewing frame by frame and in slow motion
with MPEG videos?
