Frame around finished movie??

Hi there

Just wondering if there is a way of importing a frame I have made in another
programme and place it over top of my finished film??

If it can be done, what file formates will it accept and will it except
frames with moving images in them?

No way to do this without creating some sort of new "effect"

You'd have to ask PapaJohn or Rehan to create a special effect for you :-)

You can use the Split Video transition to show the main clip in the middle
as a rectangle while the rest of the frame shows another clip/still image.

Or you can Overlay/ChromaKey the border image with a particular color
becoming transparent to show the video underneath. You can make the
overlaying image an animated gif or just another clip. But have to make sure
that the key color is not altered. Check out the Overlay/Chroma Key
