Tim,
How many pieces is this file in? If it's in just a few pieces, then
probably no big deal. If it is a large number of pieces then you might
consider the following:
- Boot into Safe Mode and try defragmenting from there
- Ensure that you have at least 15% free space (requirement of the built-in
defragmenter)
If the built-in defragmenter won't touch it, you might need to consider a
3rd party defragmenter.
