Ive just bought a new laptop with vista hp. Can anyone recommend a good FPS
game? Something similar to Halo or Half Life would be great.

Hi Chris Davies,

HALO 2 runs on Vista (not on Windows XP) so that
would definately be your best first bet for FPS! :-)

Quake 4, Half-Life 2 and F.E.A.R. are also damn fine games :)

Oh, definitely. I found a UK-based server recently that I ping *30*
to... far cry from my days of running at 12 FPS and 450 ping on a
pre-Cambrian Cyrix PC, hehehe...
