FP98: Ran out of memory while allocating 0 bytes

I'm getting error "Ran out of memory while trying to
allocate 0 bytes" when i publish from <root web> to
another <root web". i don't have problem publishing when
using FP 2000 and 2002.

can anyone advise?
 
Hi, there wasn't any *.web found from my PC, nor the
publishing web servers.

Delete the cached (and possibly corrupted) copies of your

webs - Close FrontPage, and do a Find | Files and Folders
| Named *.web, and delete them.
