FP2K-- Can't embed image background in cell or table

I've been using FP for a bunch of years. Since I've had FP2K it hasn't
allowed me to embed an image background into a cell or table. Haven't
needed it until now. I've done all the FP tricks like dumping temp files,
reinstalling, checking for patches, etc. Nope, nope and nope. Other than
this glitch, seems to operate perfectly. No other complaints.

Any ideas from you old FP nerds? What am I missing?
 
Tools | Page Options | Compatibility tab set browsers to custom.
