Have you seen ContentSeed (www.contentseed.com)?
NOTE:

This is an unfortunate necessity due to high volumes of spam sent to email
addresses in public newsgroups.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Chris, this problem only seems to occur on the home page, and all the other
pages link to the home page.

Please see my later thread showing the correct subject line.

Mike

OK,
I'm suspecting an unclosed tag in the meta that's breaking the background
but without seeing it broken it's hard to say.

I posted this thread on behalf of a neighbour. Over the weekend he is
planning to re-insert the meta-tags in the home page, thus suppressing the
background.
Hopefully, this will throw more light on the problem.
Thank you for your responses to date.

Stefan,
The 'missing tags' at the end of the page are removed by FrontPage, even
though they are repeatedly inserted by my neighbour.

My neighbour has now re-inserted the meta-tags on his home page so that you
can see that the background has now unfortunately been suppressed.

Hopefully, this will give a clue as to the cause of the problem.

Thank you.

Have your neighbor add a " at the end of the keyword meta tag, so that it appears as follows:

<meta name="keywords"
content="archery, west country, bows & arrows, longbows, re-curve, flatbow, field archery, american
flatbow, tab, shooting glove"/>

Thomas, many thanks. That 'quote mark' omission was causing the problem all
along. Well spotted, my neighbour is most grateful.
