FP2003 You do not have permission to access this web folder location

Hello,

This is a problem that recently popped up. I'm developing webs on a
local machine running XP SP2. I haven't had to update anything in a
while. Recently while attempting to update a web I receive the above
error message when I try to access it by typing or selecting
"localhost" when I click on open site. To the best of my knowledge I
haven't changed anything unless a security update did this. Any
suggestions to fix this would be appreciated.

In IE add http://localhost/ to your Security Trusted zone

OK, I tried that with no change in result. I'm still receiving the no
permission to access message.
 
Is localhost running? Try rebooting your machine.
