Matt

I made a small site for a friend and I'm having a small problem with a
form. I have it set to post to an email address and it works fine for any of
my email accounts but when I use her email address nothing happens at all. I
have confirmed that I have the correct email address and she has confirmed
that it isn't getting caught in any sort of spam trap... it simply
dissappears. Any ideas?

The FP forms to email handler normally requires the email address be the
same as the domain (hullcowindows.com) is it? And, has the forms to email
been properly configured on the host server?

I assume so.. it worked on 2 of my email accounts and neither of them are
hullcowindows.com accounts.. one is a bellsouth account and the other is a
domain account here at my office.

In addition to Tom's comments, some hosts will not forward email from
forms to some domains, including AOL.com, Comcast.com and Verizon.com,
citing the anti-spam policies (blanket blacklist and difficulty in being
removed from the blacklist) of these domains as the reason.

well the email address it's trying to go to is a hullcoexteriors.com,
another domain name they own and where all their email is handled. I don't
have any access to it's settings but I guess that may be where the problems
lies. I'll try to have her check with them to see if there are any
restictions on thier end. Thanks.

I may try setting up a hullcowindows.com email, have the form post to there
and then have it forward on to the hullcoexteriors.com address.
