FP2003 Proxy error

i get this error when i try to connect to my websites

help me i have spent a massive amount of time on this and this is my business
and cannot fix it. HELP!!!

What didn't work? Could you please provide the information?
Do you have an outbound firewall installed or a security suite such as
Norton? If so, what are they?
Did your host recently install a firewall or proxy server?
