FP2003 losing navigation bar

I am using FP2003 and find that periodically the navigation bar is
missing from some pages. I have thousands of pages so it becomes a
real problem as it will go unoticed for some time.
Please help...Mke
 
Nav bar don't disappear on their own
Nav bars in shared borders will "disappear" if your page has malformed html
- Verify the html in your pages
