FP2003 & Ctrl+Tab between documents

Since the last patch (11.5329.5329) there's been problems
for me using Ctrl+Tab to switch between open documents.

Mostly this is if you first opened document is the
current one (i.e. other documents are open but not
currently being edited).. the first time you press
Ctrl+Tab nothing happens. If you release and try again..
still nothing. Only if you hold down Ctrl and do multiple
taps of Tab do you start swapping documents.

Another annoying thing (for me) that seems to be new in
this patch, is that the 'web site' tab shown to the left
of you open document tabs is now included in the Ctrl+Tab
rotation. I don't recall this in any other version of FP,
including 2003 before the last patch.

Sometimes though.. the rotation of documents does work...
but in the wrong order! heh.

questions:
- anyone know a fix to the rotation problems?
- can I remove the 'web site' tab from rotation (or
completely)
- anyone know how I can submit these to Microsoft as part
of the beta program?

Unless you recieved a beta site URL, ID, and password with
your beta software, I don't believe you can submit bug
reports. And even if you could, the chances of getting a
bug enterered, prioritized, and incorporated prior to the
RTM would be pretty slim.
