FP2002 won't activate on my laptop?? HELP

I bought a new laptop to use this week :) ... am loving
it! But I tried to install FP2002 on to it tonight, it
tried to activated and said it was already activated.
True I have this FP on my PC, but this mean I can't put
in on my laptop too??? Shoot, I don't even rememeber it
going through the "activation" thing when I put it on the
PC when I bought it.

How do I take care of this??? .... I need this laptop due
to disability reasons .... and don't feel I should have
to put out a couple of hundered for another purchase of
the FP software.

Select the Telephone option during activation process.
