I've had trouble with this for a while. When I open a web and make changes
to a page...then attempt to save the file with the changes, I get the
following error:
<<The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse. If you are
trying to connect to a FrontPage server, check with the server administrator
to make sure the FrontPage server extensions are installed properly.>>
However, the changed page usually DOES get saved on the web. Also, if I hit
cancel and try to save again right away, I'll sometimes get the following:
<<A more recent version of index.html has been saved to the server by jp on
9/3/03 at 9:33AM. Do you want to replace this with your file?>>
It doesn't happen with every page every time...but it happens a LOT. My web
host claims everything is fine on his end, and he hasn't received any other
complaints.
Does that sound like the problem is on my end or the servers?
Thanks!
