I'm running FP2002 SP2 on Windows XP SP1 alongside a copy of Word which is
open on a tutorial file. If I happen to have a FP2002 modal dialog open and
make the mistake of bringing the Word document to the foreground so that I
can follow along in the tutorial, FP2002 hangs and the only way out is to
kill the process. I'm getting tired, really tired of losing my work while
I'm plowing through this tutorial. In my view, it's been about fifteen years
since this kind of inter-application interaction was known to cause problems
in application design. Is it too much to ask for an Office application like
FP2002 to not have this kind of problem? Google groups hasn't been of any
help on this problem so far. Does anyone know anything about this?
Thanks,
