FP2002 Form - Submit button

I am having a problem completing a new Form in my web site.
I know I've done it before but I have no idea why I can't do it now.
I started by creating a table 2 rows, 1 column.
Inside the table, I clicked at the top, then click Insert, Form, and
continued with a number of fields to be filled.
After completion, I wanted to insert the Submit button but it is not listed,
not even greyout under Form.
The Help text said to do what I did and click on Submit button... but I
don't have one listed. Help please!
 
JCO, thanks for the reply. I finally figured what I did differently this
time. I did not click on Insert, Form, Form. So the questions that I
formulated were not in a real form. Once I did it right, the buttons appeared
and worked. Thanks so much.
